You guys are killing me!! I even asked him to spell it because I did a search on the internet and the only thing that came up that was remotely relevant was Borland. I thought maybe he's saying "Dell 5" or something, but no. He sent me a copy of a log entry of one of the Undeliverables and I think their configuration is off because out IP address was correct but it added -10.1.40.14 to the end of it. I'm having him look at that now. Have I mentioned that I hate looking at logs?
