> Why must Sony prove not only that they have good games, but that their games > are significantly more technically powerful than Microsoft games?
Simple answer to that one, at £400 ($800) the PS3 is 30% more expensive than the 360 at £280 ($560) and double the price of a core system at £200 ($400). If Sony wants people to part with their cash they need some compelling reason for the extra £120 ($240) they are asking for. If the games arenÂt any better why would you pay the extra? There will always be some people with loads of money who just buy all the consoles, and there will also be plenty of fan-boys who would buy dog-turd-in-a-bag if it had a Sony badge on it but for the rest of us that is a lot of money to throw away if it doesn't produce better results. -- Jay ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| CF 8 â Scorpio beta now available, easily build great internet experiences â Try it now on Labs http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=labs_adobecf8_beta Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:238537 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
