Full windsor is the way to go if you ask me.  Once you get good at it, you
can tie it fairly tight so it isn't a big bulky knot.  The "heart" shape you
get in the end looks very neat and professional.

Just wish tie companies would make standard ties in a longer length, and not
make me chase down "long length" ties.  Windsors use up too much tie to tuck
the back into the loop...
