Rosetta Stone is the shit!!!. I use it and it really works. I bought about three different learn Spanish CD's and they all sucked. Then I discovered that the Army has Rosetta Stone for free for service members, and I started using that and no shit I am speaking Spanish in no time. I am not fluent yet but I am getting there. And next will be Arabic since I know I am going back to Iraq within the next year or so. Not sure what it costs, but I would pay whatever they asked.
