tsk. Large parts of the web are totally unusable. I can go to, but not actually run, anything on youtube. This is impeding my ability to do my work as we speak -- I'm supposed to analyze the leadership qualities of MLK vs Malcolm X but I cannot run the associated links -- the sites are throttled or something and they stop to buffer every 5 seconds. Ditto Google Docs -- cannot use them. I have a lot of notes on Java and cisco routers there, but you can't get there from here.
I am being told that distance learning instructors cannot use our bandwidth, paid for by our department, to do live presentations.
