#1 - you asked them to look into a problem

Yes. On two occasions after she bought the car. Both times, on the work
order, it said "Customer Concern... noises from front of car while driving
over bumps and dips" Both time she was told it was nothing to worry about.
Nothing was done to fix it.

#2 - the problem now is the same problem that you asked them to look
at back then

Problem remained until it was taken to another dealership since she move far
away from the previous one. Now she is told that the struts and bearing are
causing the noises she hears. The same noises she complained about to the
other dealership.

We called corp. office last night. Told basically tough luck and their
response was "What would you like for us to do? This is not our problem."

Our plan is to get it fixed, bill the first dealership for it. If they do
not pay, the sue in small claims and file a complaint with Bureau of
Automotive Repair.

You could sue them in small claims court, but be prepared to prove that:

#1 - you asked them to look into a problem
#2 - the problem now is the same problem that you asked them to look
at back then

Good luck with that.

My recommendation - take it as a lesson learned. If you think there's
a problem with the car and it's under warranty and the warrantors say
"it's nothing", get a second opinion while it's still under warranty -
or ask for a service manager. Don't just "accept".
