that will put it out at the 200th spot in the z-index order
and make it above anything else.

now, could it be less than that , sure... but i like to go with
crazy high numbers JUST TO MAKE SURE  :) 



Well if you are going for crazy high number, use something like 32000.  
But IIRC the problem is that in IE6, form elements will always be higher 
no matter the z-index.  It was a bug with that version.

I seem to recall some hard to use trick to circumvent this issue using 
layers and|or iframes.  I was never motivated enough to use the 
solution, but I have a vague memory about reading some such.  Google may 
allow one to find it.
