There's also this concept of "nutrient timing" which my rule #3 is a form of. Basically you look at the 3 macro-nutrients: carbs (2 types: low GI and high GI), protein, and fats and then you "time" them for when your body needs them. As for diabetes, etc, nutrient timing and understand your body's needs can really help you make good choices. For example, it helps to think of carbs and fats on a teeter-totter: When carbs go up, fats must go down; when fats go up, carbs must go down. Following that rule can help you control fat gain and, best yet, cholesterol. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Check out the new features and enhancements in the latest product release - download the "What's New PDF" now http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/coldfusion/cf8_beta_whatsnew_052907.pdf Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:240861 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5
