I would say we don't, Scott, from those example. The social orgs are not advocacy groups (often quite the opposite!), are based on national origins, and for the most part have very loose requirements.
These would be analogous to a social organization for Tunisian-Americans. The ADL is a much closer match, but the difference is, the ADL also works hard to end _all_ bigotry and racism, not just that against the Jewish people. (And we all know that some "whites" don't consider "Jews" a valid example, anyway) (when are we gonna get past all this race junk, and realize there are only 2 types of people in the world? People who have sisters or aunts or cousins that are single and I could date, and those that are dead to me?)
