On what grounds? He still hasn't killed as many as Lindon Johnson. The civilian deaths are still far below Linebacker and its ilk. He even had a diplomatic reason to go. The WMD issue was just an excuse, but we could have invaded any time since 1992 based upon Iraq failing to live up to the cease fire agreement.
