What I don't get is the protesters who are calling for all charges to be 
dropped, and in the same breath, want the kids who hung the noose to go to 
jail for hate crimes...  That's just hypocrisy.   The noose thing is hate, 
not hate crime.  The beating  is a hate crime.

Based only on the media's portrayal of the events, I think that the white 
kids who hung the noose should be expelled, and the black kids who hung the 
noose should be expelled, charged with assault (not murder, it does not 
appear to have been a murder case) and hate crimes, and go to jail.  Of 
course, none of us have been there, and don't know the honest facts of the 
case.
