Arkansas:

"No person who denies the being of a God shall hold any office in the civil
departments of this State, nor be competent to testify as a witness in any
court."

So if I were on holiday in your great nation and was the only witness to a
murder, Arkansas would rather let the murderer go free than allow me to
testify in his trial?

That's f****d up!

Does anyone know if this technicality has ever been used in real life by a
'good' lawyer to get their client off any serious charges?

On another point, does this also mean there are no Atheists in the police
force?
