Well, the game Saturday was pretty awesome. Always fun in the big
house... started out a little scary with Minnesota taking a 10-3 led
on a fumble returned for a touchdown, but that was the only time the
Gophers saw the end zone, and Michigan won 34-10.

It was cold, wet, and windy. Though it stopped raining about a half
hour or so before game time, which was nice. It drizzled for a few
minutes at one point in the game but that was it... it was otherwise
dry.

What's most amazing, I think, is that when you enter the stadium in
the southwest corner (near Stadium and S. Main), you enter at "ground
level", but once you're inside the stadium, you're at row 73. There
are something like 90--100 rows of seats in the stadium. My seats
were in row 5. Not so bad going down the stars, but I tell ya, you
can feel the burn coming up the steps!!
