Hook up your cable at your house into a vcr, tune to the game (vcr as 
tuner).  Hook the vcr into a video-input card on your computer (I'm not 
recommending a tv-tuner card here).  Use the video input as an input into 
Windows Media Encoder. Stream Windows Media encoder over the net to the 
viewing machine via Windows Media Player.
