Back up data onto a cd or DVD, 
Fdisk the drive (repartition)

Format and reinstall...

If this doesn't fix it you're S.O.L
And it's time to buy a new drive

i just repaired the boot sector.
looks like i am back in buisness.
i use ESET NOD32 for viri.
it did kill to blue screen when i did a full scan on C:/

do you have any suggestions?
