This is exactly why government's role should be limited to education. That way, if someone wants to leave all they have to learn a trade, go to college, whatever and then they can have plenty of money. But, that's just the 80%. 20% have some handicap, mental issue, etc that are probably keeping them from making good decisions and that's where charity comes in. That takes you down to 5% and for them there's 'ward of the state'. Done and done. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;160198600;22374440;w Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/message.cfm/messageid:250431 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
