It is a juvenile joke. It would be great for a 4th grader to have thought up. Pretty good for a 9th grader. A little simple for an adult, but a good twist.
If you really don't get it, and are still curious, here are the pieces of that joke. "A man walks into a bar...." is a standard joke opening, used by dozens of jokes. Substituting "A man..." with "A rabbi...." is a standard joke substitution component, adding a layer of humor.
