and you have to remember, ive been doign this in my home
town for 13 years now, and have a nice client base, and LOADS
of referrals... i USED to charge $25/hour for computer work, then moved
onto web stuff, @ $50, then $75 and now, because im so busy, ive
had to raise it... and yanno what... im busier than ever.

perceived value.

drive the market price up, deliver a solid product and build a good
client base, and take care of them and you can do so.
