It is neat... and maybe it might be somewhat useful in fleet applications
but it seems really impractical for general use.

You'd need a new way to pay to keep the person in the car.  It won't work
with all cars (maybe not even most) and definitely doesn't seem idiot proof
(I pumped gas for a year... idiots are pretty common).

In one year I had two people drive away with the pump still in the tank...
doing that with this thing seems like it might cause more than a pressure
release to snap.

But in the end it just seems silly... that kind of money would have paid my
gas station salary for nearly four years... and I could fill up ANY car,
wash the windows, check the oil, take the money and give directions.  ;^)
