And they have great diving down that way. La Bufadora is a very nice 
place to dive and is an easy weekend trip for me. Getting in the water 
is tricky though. You need to climb down onto some rocks, wait for a 
wave to come in, jump in and ride it out. But once you are out, you only 
snorkel out a few hundred yards to a very cool 90' sea cliff. Very 
little surge and there are underwater caves that are lined with 
scallops. Very tasty. And if you are into the partying scene, then of 
course there is Ensenada. That is where all the college kids go to get 
their party on. Had a lot of fun there a few times.
