OK, So tomorrow, mom, step-dad, grannie and I are taking a road trip to Knoxville, TN. Mom took a job transfer and grannie is going with her. So I am going to be there all day Monday with nothing to do. Anyone been there that can recommend something? Also, we loves our steak and BBQ. Anyone know of any great steak houses and BBQ joints? When I say good steak, I am talking Omaha Steak or Claim Jumper quality, not Sizzler or Steer and Stein.
