You know I keep thinking its only a matter of time before those Real Dolls become robotic with some sort of limited AI routines.
I was looking at television the other day, and there has been a lot of research done on the inevitability of relationships between humans and AI where the AI is able to meet a lot of the physical and for some individuals emotional requirements. Interesting stuff, and at the rate Japan's robotics industry is developing it isn't that far fetched.
