It's tough...this job made me switch from the comfort and familiarity of HS+
to Eclipse.  Mostly because they were not going to pay for and IDE, so my
choices were the CF Studio 5 on my machine or learn Eclipse.  It was
painful, I mean, really painful, at first.  But now I look back and am very
glad I made the transition.  Once you "get" Eclipse, it is really a great
tool.

If you're only doing light, single-person editing, it might be the
"sledgehammer to drive a tack", but for all-day, heads-down,
multiple-developer-environment developing, it can't be beat.  The
versatility is awesome, and the tie-in to SVN and ANT scripting is just
killer.  Great tool.
