It's tough...this job made me switch from the comfort and familiarity of HS+ to Eclipse. Mostly because they were not going to pay for and IDE, so my choices were the CF Studio 5 on my machine or learn Eclipse. It was painful, I mean, really painful, at first. But now I look back and am very glad I made the transition. Once you "get" Eclipse, it is really a great tool.
If you're only doing light, single-person editing, it might be the "sledgehammer to drive a tack", but for all-day, heads-down, multiple-developer-environment developing, it can't be beat. The versatility is awesome, and the tie-in to SVN and ANT scripting is just killer. Great tool. On Feb 20, 2008 2:39 PM, Erika L.
