That's pretty cool really. I like the part where the police major says that by spraying people it turns into an assault, but no one has yet to press charges. I can see it now:
Perp: Yeah, I was standing on this corner exchanging crack with this homeless crack-whore for a blow job when this BBQ came up and sprayed water on me. I want to press assault charges.
