We're working on potty training my son and so far he's doing pretty good. When he's home he's more interested in play and only gets to the potty after he's let the water cannon fire, but the bombs only drop in the water (sorry, had to come up with a good way of saying that).
However, my wife found this today: http://visionaireproducts.com/products.php#peterpotty I think it's a good idea to get it for him because even at pre-k and day care they have urinals and commodes.
