I'm not normally a lover of MS software....heck most of the time I don't even like MS software.
I was in the middle of making a site that took sql server data and converted it into xml and pass it along to an external site. I saw an email from my local users group asking about sql server xml functions. I got to researching it and figured out how to run a virtual directory off of iis that connects directly to the sql server. This combo spits out raw xml with excellent speed and ease. I really dig it. Okay, so I'll say it now. Microsoft did something really useful and cool.
