Yup, thought I had it right <g> and the comment about Dr. Strangelove was about a general saying the Russkies wanted to "sap our precious bodily fluids". but I can't remember which general - was it George C. Scott as Genl. 'Buck' Turgidson (great name!), or was it Sterling Hayden as Brig. Genl. Jack D. Ripper?
