So are we sure this is a sign of affection? We aren't just seeing what we want to see? Because something like "Make yourself friggin' useful and save that for me, meat-sack." seems to fit the circumstances. Even, more ominously, "damn I wish I could do this to you... I'd suffer through the smell just to spill your intestines if you were just a little smaller."
