Only if you let it. It's not required reading. Spend 10-15 minutes a day
just checking in on it. There's tools Like OutTwit for Outlook and GTalk
archived the twits, as well as dozens of different tools that make
organization of your "tweets" very manageable.

The amount of stuff I've learned that I use for my business over the past
couple of weeks have made Twitter invaluable to me. Of course everyone's
mileage will vary, but if you are following the right people, it's a great
piece of kit to add to your "eLearning" experience.
