Thanks all. I ran 3 separate tracks, and have a solution (although not what i was hoping for)
1. get browser/service to render it and return to cf. 2. get javascript output, and parse it and turn it back into text. this worked, but the parsing of random content scares me. 3. get the js output, parse it for the identity ids of the ad being shown, and fetch it myself from the db.
