There is actually a LOT of movement in this field right now, but Google's
move into the space creates a huge barrier to entry for other competitors.

Personally, I am not giving any seriously private data like this to Google.
Read their privacy policy carefully and you may conclude, as I have, that
there are holes a clever lawyer could drive a truck through:
