I thought it was 2000 in DC. Gotcha beat I've got all four colours - green, red, white and pink - of the Intel dolls. I do have all four on my desk at home, that is if the ferrets haven't stolen them again.
I also have a Dead Duck (rubber duck that' dead - black and green with x's for eyes), a clopin and Frollo from Hunchback, marvin the martian and his dog, K-9 and an poseable artists figure that looks like its giving you the finger. Also I have an otter skull. Its actually a museum replica. I occasionally pull a mild joke on people when they see it for the first time. I let them get the idea that its from a ferret that pissed me off once. Then I say its really amazing how commercialization has taken over - I point out the copy right notice on the inside of the jaw. As for tools, here's my list, MacBook (wish it were a pro, but couldn't justify it). MyEclipse CFEclipse (aptana - but I don't really use it a lot now I'm using MyEclipse) fireworks CS mySQL NeoOffice (great open source Office replacement) Apple Mail JBoss CF8 and blueDragon for J2EE Jmeter (load testing) badBoy (pc side) CVS iTunes iPodClassic Noise canceling headphones (but I still hear other people in the office) Subversion Firefox with the web developer plugin, firebug, fireftp, javascript debugger, clear cache, DOM inspector, html validator, IE Tab, JSView, measureit, showIP, tamperData. Remote Desktop MagicDrawUML NotePad++ (for the PC side need to find the equivalent for the Mac, I don't like BBEdit). various games (Star Fleet Battles II for instance) lots of photos of Alexis and the ferrets and various other stuff. >Yes, but do you have the green space-suited Intel guy from the Allaire >DevCon in D.C. in 1999 - the most highly sought after tchotchke that >year?
