I loved how the chef knew the farmer, the gardener, the cheese-maker... and I *know* how good that home grown stuff is. Corn that is just, "mmmmm!" so good. I would love to see a lot more of that stuff. Communities growing a good bit of their own food, self-sufficient and whatnot... I eat that kind of thing up with a gold spoon (so as to be able to savor the taste, dig? Learned from the pros, I tell ya!).
