Well, that's a no-brainer. Some people are in the habit of spending all of
their money and there is never a shortage of people ready to give them
something of lesser value in return.

I think that lottery winners end up broke because they can't think of any
use for money that doesn't involve spending it.

One of the things Atlanta radio talk show host (and Fairtax book
author) Neal Bortz says all the time is that (and I am paraphrasing
here) if you took all the money in the country and redistributed it equally
among everyone, it would take a very short period of time for all the money
to find it's way back to the same people who had it before, and for the
people who were poor to be poor once again.

Life is full of choices.  Some people have more choices than others, but
they are choices nevertheless.  Alot of people make very very very VERY bad
choices, over and over and over again.
