Yeah you are not wrong. There are people who swear by it and there are those
who don't know who have stats to prove how bad it is.

And that WOULD open up a whole different debate:-)

For the record having been on anti-depresants before, I have never suffered
from side effects, so I can't say I know how you feel. But I can say that
you did the right thing and not use the green...

No, but the very first suggestion (eat something before you take it)
seems to have done the trick so far.

As I said, the nausea is a temporary side-effect.  According to the
pharmacist and other searching, should only last for a week.

To speak to the "why not" of med. marijuana, two reasons:
1. The nausea passed after about 4 hours and was only really bad for
about 30 minutes.  Again, since I ate something before I took it this
morning I'm not feeling nearly as bad (*urp*).
2. I don't care if marijuana is illegal or not, I know my body and my
personality would not do well if I exposed myself to it.  The
arguments for or against that can make up a different thread.
