I read it when I was a kid and I still have a cherished copy of it in my library. It's just such a hoot and so funny reading it and recognizing all the little things cats do to control our lives. It's illustrated throughout with photos that just perfectly match the text as well!
I also have his "Honorable Cat" book which is another great book for someone that is a cat lover, it's kind of like poetry written from a cat's point of view, again with wonderful photos to go along with them.
