Find out who makes the video card and go directly to their website. I had to
do this with my dell. I call their tech support number and asked them what
the video card manufacturer and model were. Turned out to be an intel driver
that was downloadable on the intel website.

Subject: drivers for vista machine downgraded to xp

We had to downgrade a HP Pavilion A6403W from Vista to XP. Going to
HP's website, there appear to be only drivers for Vista. Is there any
way around this? We have 3 devices that need drivers. I tried to get them
through windows update but only one piece of hardware showed up. I am most
concerned about the video driver as I am not able to set the widescreen to
its native resolution.

Thanks
