David and I were wondering which game people would really rather play.

My thought was that, while many would be enamored with the idea of Texas
Hold 'Em, relatively fewer people actually know how to play it at all, much
less well enough to keep playing for an evening, whereas just about everyone
knows Blackjack and would be less intimidated approaching that game.
