This was an apple tart type thing with foie gras melted on top sort
of.  It was pretty good, but I'll take a good ole fashioned milk
shake.

I really do think you're just born with the talent or not - maybe it's
olfactory and taste combined?  I dunno.  Certainly you have to train
beyond that too, though.  It's always awesome to see some recognized
for developing their talent.  I'm sure the org doesn't just hand out
Knight titles, so a big congrats for *earning* it!
