There isn't a separate entry, no. Though VP's used to get elected on their
own. But what I meant is that you are voting for a ticket, McCain/Palin. If
the people that are to be inaugurated if elected aren't McCain and Palin,
then that seems like that's not what you voted for. In a regular election,
there would have to be a special election held if the person being voted for
was unable to take office. But in the Presidential race, you are voting for
2 people not 1. I wonder how that would be interpreted. Would it require a
special election?
