You should go to a good ophthalmologist and get checked out. In the eye field, an optomitrist is good for figuring out what kind of glasses you need as long as there are no problems. They are not medical doctors. An Ophthalmologist is an md that specializes in the eye. They can make sure that there aren't other problems going on...
then - you may need bifocals. You didn't say how old you are but once we hit like 40 - some older and some younger, our eyes can't adapt as easily to changes in distance.. and you need seperate glasses for near and far. Tell the doctor you do a lot of computer work and the can make them up with that in mind. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;207172674;29440083;f Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:274200 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5
