McCain's flip-flop on religious is even more bizarre than his selection of Palin. At some point, he apparently realized he could not get elected without the neo-con religious base, and he began to activity court them. If his new found religion was the result of a true conversion experience, it would be different, but it is all for show. I wonder how God feels about being used that way.
As for Obama, he has always gone to church, but I don't think he is an evangelical. I've seen nothing radical in his religious views, although the political views of his former preacher were wacky. Palin is the really scary one when it comes to religion. The video of her being blessed by the witch hunter puts chills in this old pagan's heart.
