I love that quote from Kerry. I turned a show on this morning to see if they were talking about the upcoming US election... and of course they were.
Pretty much coming out and saying that the republicans were God's party. Now, I'm an outsider looking in.... but it's pretty hard for me to think that you can speak about a political party striving for righteousness... I follow both Canadian and US politics.... and with all the lies and marketing twists that goes on in these campaigns I'm not so sure that I'd say anyone is striving for righteousness..... I'd say they're trying to get elected.
