ANWAR, yes, they fairly steadfastly oppose it (except Alaska Democrats of course. I believe that even Begich toes this home state jobs line). Off shore drilling, well, that's a mixed bag. Depends on the region you are talking about and it also depends on the limitations. Limitations on the number of miles offshore (0, 3, 10, 50) and the power of individual states to veto projects are big factors in the yes/no answers you'll get it seems.
