I think it's just the scope of the project.

He wants the inputs of Americans. If you have a problem with that, take it
up with Obama.

I mean, if you were tasked to write an application that surveyed the
residents of Dickville, Iowa....wouldn't you implement some sort of system
to ensure you were actually polling Dickville residents?

I would have no problem with having a second site that elicited input from
the rest of the world.....but I see value in getting American's ideas, and
apparently so does Obama.
