I wouldn't be worried. a) Russia can't compete militarily with the U.S. any more. b) A return of balance with regards to super powers might not be a bad thing. Not a new cold war, just a bit of balance. c) Russia should be entitled to a little military dick wagging too. The U.S. shouldn't be the only kid on the play ground who gets to flex its muscles.
