ColdFusion is moving to a more central position in Adobe's product line
based on what we can see from MAX and other conferences. The 'possible'
feature sets includes such things as client side actionscript which pulls
flash/flex/air/actionscript programmers into CF or at least into CF as more
of a preferred back end. Bolt shows a LOT of effort being put into
ColdFusion as well.
On the whole, I think we are more secure than ever and things are looking
brighter than ever. Now we need to get some good education and tutorials out
there. If people are willing to do video tutorials and/or Q&A, email me off
list. If what I'm talking to people works out, this will be rewarding for
all involved.
