Circuit City sucks, that is why they are going down the tubes. Adobe does
not suck, they are just at the mercy- like everyone else- of the current
business cycle. If the software industry went through what the banking
industry is going through, I would say that anything and everything is on
the table, but that is not where I see Adobe or the industry at this point.
We're in a down cycle and people/businesses are preserving cash and
deferring purchases. That puts a crimp on revenue for companies like Adobe
that depend on low dollar large volume license sales as a primary revenue
stream.

If CF were clearly in a bad market position, I might feel differently, but
that isn't the case.
