Sorry - should have been more clear: I'm talking about the server aspect of it, you're talking about the client aspect. The client is (as most are) perfectly fine for (non DRM'd) music, pretty good for photos and wonky as hell for video. The server actually provides any DVR recording you've made available to other devices: but they're strapped with DRM and you have to use their (currently in beta) software to see them on a PC (but if you have multiple DirectTV boxes - I don't - I think you can share records across any room - that's pretty cool by itself). I was SO excited when they announced it because (I thought/hoped) that they'd do it right and I could use my PS3 to stream DVR recordings to the family room. Alas, no dice.
