If you mean your dropdown menus are layers then: Yeah we've had the same problem here ... and i noticed it on m$ too
The workaround here (and m$ i remember somebody mentioned after) .. when displaying the dropdowns 'hide' the other elements using jscript - blahblah.style.visibility = 'hidden'; / blahblah.style.visibility = 'visible'; Hope this helped a bit.
